Butterfly Kids Vision
Butterfly Kids is focused on caring for and developing a love of learning in a Christian atmosphere and a readiness for kindergarten that emphasizes social skills, academic preparedness, emotional and spiritual development of the child.
Our Goals
- Children are provided with the opportunity to play, share, and learn with other children in a safe, loving Christian environment with an atmosphere of acceptance and warmth.
- To provide age appropriate materials and equipment that supports children’s learning in a fun and interesting way.
- To encourage the physical development of large motor skills through outdoor and indoor play as well as fine motor development through manipulative toys, blocks, and puzzles.
- To encourage creativity by offering experiences in music, art, and literature.
- To encourage interest in language through games, stories, and conversation.
- To partner with parents in the care and teaching of their children.
Statement of Faith
- We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God.
- We believe that there is only one true God. God is eternal and existent in the three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in Jesus Christ, in his virgin birth, his sinless life, in his miracles, in his atoning death through his blood, in his bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father.
- We believe we have all sinned and need Jesus for eternal life.
- We believe God invites all people, young and old, to know him and have a personal relationship with him.

Meet Tina
Teacher
13 years experience as a public Elementary Classroom teacher. Texas certified to teach Early Childhood through 8th grade with specialization in English as a second language.
Caregiver
A mom to two amazing kids! They are both playful and adventurous so there have been many "doctored" boo boos, hugs given, wiped noses, tears, and laughter.
Chef
Satisfied, happy tummies. Loves to cook and explore new recipes. (Pictured picking apples in New York, and they were some of the best ever!)
